just breathe | mindfulness for young adults

With the election and the annual holiday season approaching, we’re offering an online support group to help you keep your mind steady, bring kindness to yourself, and help you feel less overwhelmed, discouraged, or anxious.

Sessions will be co-led by meditation teacher Kimberly Brown, and meditator and college student Madeleine Piechocki-Cannet. Each week will include guided mindfulness practice, exploration of ways to bring wisdom and peace to our experiences and relationships, and time for sharing and Q&A. More information at this link.

This is a by-donation event. Participants are encouraged to give what they can reasonably afford. Suggested donation is $10-$15. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Click link below to register and you will be sent login information to access the Zoom videoconference.
