During this extraordinary time, so many of us are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and afraid. You might be worried about the future or struggling in your relationships. Perhaps you’re working from home and feeling lonely or isolated. Or maybe you’re struggling with the tensions and frustrations of being cooped up with your family all the time. 

Steady, Calm, and Brave: The Workshop is designed to support you right now. Based on my book, you’ll learn simple and easy practices, regain self-confidence, develop courage in the face of uncertainty, and open your heart to yourself and others through this difficult time and beyond. 

This workshop will include discussion, guided meditation, mindful movement and breathing, gratitude development, self-compassion techniques, with time for questions and sharing. Cost is sliding scale, $30-$50; please be as generous as your circumstances allow.

Celebrate spring by rediscovering your natural qualities of love, wisdom, and compassion to yourself and others. You’ll learn:

  • How to cultivate your beautiful qualities with metta meditation

  • Courage—developing your compassionate and generous nature to confidently benefit yourself and the world

  • Embodied visualization to recognize interdependence and offer your wise and brave heart to all living beings

  • Appreciation—to notice what you have and what’s truly valuable

  • Mindful movement to keep you grounded and open
