There is Nothing Wrong with You
All of us are open, wise, and enough. You might not realize this because who you really are is obscured by habits and conditioned ideas you’ve learned about yourself and others. Traditional tools of compassion and mindfulness have been used for centuries to successfully develop personal insight, for a freer and happier life. Using meditative techniques, Buddhist philosophy, and spiritual guidance, I can help you identify unskillful and untrue habits and self-judgements so you can heal and integrate all aspects of yourself.
There are many ways to improve your mental health, and unlike a psychotherapist, I don’t diagnosis emotional disorders, explore family history, or treat severe mental illnesses such as psychosis or bipolar disorder. Instead, I can guide you to develop self-understanding and self-compassion to create a meaningful and loving life. With support and effort, you can recognize your gifts, embrace your struggles, and realize your true clarity and potential.
You can learn to:
Reinforce your natural inclinations to be wise, kind, and generous with yourself and others
Let go of self-limiting beliefs
Recognize your obstacles to intimacy and skillfully understanding them with compassion and kindness
Connect deeply with all aspects of your experience, including loss, illness, and change
Cultivate balance to experience your joys and sorrows and everything in between
Make beneficial decisions for yourself
Take skillful and clear actions for yourself and the world
Realize the power of indiscriminate love and care for all beings
Who do I work with?
Struggling people who find it difficult to truly care for themselves and their feelings
Self-critical people who hold themselves to impossible standards, reinforcing a belief they’re not good enough
Giving people who can’t help feeling that everyone deserves love but themselves
Highly motivated Type A people who drive themselves to succeed and beat themselves up when they make a mistake or don’t think they’ve accomplished enough
Ashamed people who aren’t sure how to let go of the feeling that there is something wrong with them
Accomplished people who don’t understand why their intelligence and success isn’t making them happy
Those seeking complementary practices to support psychotherapeutic treatment or addiction recovery
Those seeking complementary healing practices for physical injury or illness

“I have practiced with Kim for about three years. In that time she has given me many gifts. She guides you to find your own unique way to waking up and wisdom while at the same time is always there with support and kindness. It is such a beautiful way to learn and practice and I am very grateful for her and her efforts.”
