Metta meditation has been practiced for over 2500 years. It’s designed to help people develop their wisdom and compassion, and live free from anxiety and guilt.

You can learn to lessen self-criticism, stop complaining, and appreciate your life. Cultivate kindness, patience, and connection for yourself and others. We can do it together.

Two Ways to Participate

  • Monthly Subscribers: Commit to ongoing study and practice together.

  • Drop-In: Join for a single class.

Monthly Subscribers and Drop-In Participants will both enjoy:
✔️ Participation in a monthly interactive video class community, with guided meditation practice, discussion, and Q&A
✔️An opportunity to ask questions and receive personalized support

Monthly Subscribers will also get:
✔️ Weekly email check-ins with encouragement and suggestions for your practice and heart
✔️ Access to video recordings of each monthly class
✔️ PDF handouts and reading suggestions

Fees
Patron - $30/month
Basic - $25/month
Supported - $20/month - for unemployed, students, elderly, and others with financial hardship

This program is offered on a sliding scale to afford as many people as possible an opportunity to learn. Those who pay at the Patron Level make it possible for others to participate at the Supported Level.
