 Make Your Mind a Sanctuary

So many people right now are struggling with racing thoughts and worry, feeling overwhelmed at work and in relationships and about the state of the world. I’ve taught hundreds of people traditional mindfulness and compassion practices, and can help you learn to steady your mind and regain a sense of balance and ease with difficulties and joys.

The ultimate goal of meditation practice is freedom from stress and struggle, and reconnection with our beautiful qualities and deep wisdom. My approach demystifies painful sensations and emotions, allowing you to deeply understand—without abandoning—all aspects of yourself and your experience. You’ll develop self-compassion and confidence to engage skillfully in all circumstances, learn to make beneficial choices, and cultivate a loving relationship with yourself and others.

You might benefit from working with me if you’re:

  • Frustrated with the endless and seemingly unstoppable chatter in your mind

  • Feeling burned out or overwhelmed by the news and social media

  • Interested in investigating the real nature of your heart

  • Curious about your mind and perceptions

  • Keeping busy in order to avoid upsetting feelings or thoughts

  • Want to be good and do good but don’t know how to start

  • Willing to commit to a daily silent meditation practice

Schedule and Fees

I’m accepting new students right now, on Monday and Tuesday evenings and some weekdays.

I offer a sliding scale fee structure, to emphasize the value of generosity and the nature of my work, which is mutually supportive rather than transactional.

See my schedule for more information on availability and fees.

If you have questions, email me.
