Weekly Online Meditation Class

Developing a a genuine sense of self-concern is a necessary foundation for kindness and compassion towards all beings. In this ongoing practice-based weekly class, we’ll look at the difference between self-compassion and self-indulgence, transform emotional barriers and resistances, and practice responding to self-judgement and criticism with understanding and patience.
