It’s a practical guidebook for cultivating appreciation, setting healthy expectations, and nurturing meaningful, intimate attachments, using traditional tools of mindfulness and lovingkindness practices.

At this special evening event, Kim will be in conversation with teacher Sharon Salzberg, who will be hosting via Zoom. Kim will share teachings, meditations, and exercises from the book and from her years of study and teaching. There will be time for an interactive Q&A session.
