Sharon Salzberg’s Annual Real Happiness Challenge begins on February 1, 2025. This is a 28 day meditation program, based on Sharon’s bestselling bookof the same name, to develop a steady, happy, mind. It consists of brief (7 to 12 minute) daily video and audio lessons from Sharon, sent directly to your inbox.

This year I’ll be leading a weekly Practice Group to support the Challenge! We’ll meet every Monday for one hour throughout on Feb 3, 10, 17, 24 and March 3 via Zoom. Each week we’ll discuss the week’s topic and exercises, set our intentions, and practice together. You’ll be able to ask questions and get support and encouragement from me and the other Practice Group members.

How to Join Kim’s Practice Group:

  • Register for the Challenge! Proceeds from your registration directly support Sharon Salzberg’s work and make it possible for her to share her wisdom and teachings widely. Suggested registration is only $28 ($1/day) but you can pay more (or less) according to your financial situation. All the info is at this link.

  • Sign up at this link to join the Practice Group or email me at kim@meditationwithheart.com. You’ll receive Zoom info before each session.

  • Commit to sit! Organize your schedule and set aside time to practice daily and attend our weekly meetings!
