Morning Glory Home Mini-Retreat

Experience the restorative power of silence and stillness at this special event designed to develop self-compassion, a steady mind, and appreciation and joy for yourself and others.

We’ll have quiet periods of guided meditation, with discussion and time for questions and sharing. You’ll learn traditional techniques to reconnect you with the beauty and goodness of your being, your wise heart, and your good sense.
