This half-day program is designed to give you the space and time necessary to bring comfort to yourself. Kimberly will guide mindfulness exercises and lead traditional Buddhist compassion practices to develop your resilience through difficulty. You’ll learn to engage with and befriend your sadness, pain, and mourning, and discover the true openness and peace available within us all, no matter what the circumstances.
This program is appropriate for and open to anyone who is experiencing change and grief. No experience with meditation or Buddhism is necessary and all are welcome.
