A group of teachers from different cities and countries came together to serve their communities by offering a wide range of classes online. And that evolved into Warrior Flow TV. You can join Warrior Flow TV now for $99 a year or $11 a month, and get access to unlimited yoga, barre, sculpt, HIIT, abs, bootcamp, meditation, restorative, Yin, sound baths, and more.

When you become a subscriber of WFTV you get access to a private Facebook group where we will be live-streaming special events and classes. And a portion of the proceeds from subscriptions will be donated to help The Warrior Flow Foundation to bring much-needed programs to hospitals, shelters, first responders and more.

As a new subscriber you are also invited to a 15-min call with me to help assess your wellness goals and how they relate to our class offerings and fitness modalities. When you become a subscriber, our hope is that we offer not only classes but also a space for connection. 

For anyone out there going through difficult financial circumstances who can’t afford this membership, we are offering a limited number of free 3-month memberships.
